About Core Dimensions
The Directors of Core Dimensions - Robert Prinable, Walter Bellin, and Bernadette Degabriele share a common passion.
Helping people to adapt and grow has been our passion for almost 30 years, taking us to 23 countries, 100’s of organisations and more than 50,000 individuals at all levels of management and leadership. From our extensive first-hand experience we have created significant original works in personal development techniques, character structure formation and organisational modelling.
We have condensed the essence of that work into Q12, a unique instrument designed specifically to fast-track individual growth and development. We know that human beings are not static, as most instruments assume, but have an innate desire to constantly grow and evolve. We also know that the innate evolutionary process gets stuck and can stay stuck for a long time, making the development journey less fulfilling. Our unique instrument drives an easily understood process model of personal development, providing strategies for clients to manage their development challenges and build on their strengths.
The development of Q12 was prompted by the search for an instrument more comprehensive in its scope for accurate self knowledge and the capability to assist people in undertaking self-initiated, self-managed change guided by an accredited Change Agent. To date more than 4000 people across USA, Asia, Middle East, Europe and Australia have used Q12 to fast-track their own journey.
Core Dimensions was launched in 2008 as a platform for making Q12 available to individuals and organisations regardless of their geographic location.
