The Accreditation Program

The Q12 Accreditation Program runs over three days and a follow-up evening. The comprehensive content is aimed at equipping Change Agents with the necessary skills, understanding, knowledge and experience required to successfully debrief clients and implement change programs through a series of coaching/counselling sessions.

The Program encompasses:

  • The Q12 tool – How does Q12 work and what sets it apart from other personality profiling instruments
  • Q12 Framework – Life’s Personal Development Pathways
  • Examination of the 3 Core Dimensions – How did you get to be you? The way you work with others, the way you get things done, and your thinking patterns
  • Treadmills – Identify repetitive patterns of behaviour
  • Strategies for Change – Where To From Here?
  • Understanding yourself as a Change Agent – The Challenges, Hurdles, Judgments and Blind Spots

There is some pre-course and post-course work required to meet all accreditation requirements.
