Who Uses Q12?
The Q12 Instrument can be of immense value to:
- Coaches in working with their clients. Q12 provides important insights into the client’s mindsets, motivations and behaviours that create the client’s natural strengths and insights into the mindsets, behaviours and treadmills they may want to change or improve. It also assists the coach and client in creating an effective plan for the client’s journey of change and development.
- Organisational leadership development programs. Developing managers into effective leaders requires them to master all the essential ingredients of emotional intelligence, good “social radar”, and good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. These are all skills for which the Q12 Instrument can be a powerful training/coaching aid.
- Corporate and organisational development. Especially relevant in building an empowering organisational culture; this includes developing better self-management and people skills for all employees; creating better teamwork, communication and staff-management relationships; and improving the ability to build better customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Therapists and counsellors providing in-depth psychological work with their clients. One of the core strengths of Q12 is that it can provide different levels of insight and application at each stage of the client’s development journey.
- Individuals. Anyone who has an interest in either starting or continuing a journey of personal/professional development.
