• Facilitation of team development and leadership programs utilising the Q12 instrument and associated theory. Team and leadership development is our specialty area of expertise with over 70 years pooled experience. We deliver bespoke team building programs, facilitate leadership programs, and work one-on-one with senior executives
  
  
• Provision of one-on-one coaching using the Q12 instrument as a framework for personal and professional growth. We deliver coaching and/or recommend Accredited Change Agents who best match each client’s background and organisational needs
  
  
• Q12 accreditation programs for coaches, facilitators, learning and development professionals, and counsellors/therapists. Our Q12 Accreditation Programs are run by the creators and developers of Q12 to ensure optimum skills and knowledge transfer
  
  
• Production of Q12 reports for Accredited Change Agents. We currently offer 3 purpose-specific versions of Q12 to meet your training and development requirements – Student, Corporate and Coaching
  
  
• Facilitation of a Community of Practice to keep accredited Change Agents up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques, share learning experiences and techniques with colleagues, and work with the creators of the Q12 instrument
